Join us at The Sourcing Table Peckham for an evening with the legendary Envinate, the winemaking collective currently making some of Spain's most sought-after, innovative wines.
From the volcanic vines of Tenerife to the jaw-dropping terrain of Ribeira Sacra, Envinate has catapulted lesser-known Spanish wine regions onto the world's stage. Their winemaking is stripped right back to basics, pulling on simple (yet very effective) techniques of the past to craft explosive, exciting wines adored by wine lovers and critics alike.
This is a rare opportunity to taste these even rarer bottles, over an exceptional 4 course meal and learn directly from the famed winemakers behind the project. A once in a lifetime dining experience that shouldn’t be missed.
