The world of wine is a complicated affair. So many countries, styles, grape varieties, appellations and labels to learn about. So what exactly do we mean when we say ‘natural wine’? Is there such a thing as ‘unnatural’ wine? What about ‘organic’, ‘biodynamic’ and ‘low intervention’? Where do pet-nat and orange wine fit into all of this? Join us for an exploration of what the world of natural wine, in all its forms, is all about, illustrated using some delicious examples from our shelves. Come take a walk on the wild side.
