One of the truly great skin contact wines of Italy, one which can sit comfortably amongst goliaths such as Gravner and Radikon. 

This is extremely complex, with aromas of quince, blanched almond, and dried white flowers. Amazing texture and weight, with a finish that really develops and persists. Although this is absolutely delicious right now, we can only dream of how this will be in a few more years!

Winemakers Paolo and Valter are meticulous in the way they age their wines, hand selecting Georgian qvevri and macerating the wine together with the skins for 6 months before aging a further 2 years in Slovenian old oak. These are already becoming hard to find wines, and we expect this to only get trickier as more people discover them.
