 1 x Heinrich, Oh When the Saints Pet-Nat, 2022 Made from the red grape St Laurent. Very lightly pink, ultra refreshing. Aromas of pear, mandarin and quince and balanced by floral notes of white tea. It’s textural and has a great balance of nervy acidity and creaminess.

WHITE:

1 x Triangle Wines, Sonda Branco, 2022 A blend of Rabigato, Viosinho & Codega do Larinho at 500m altitude in the Douro. Notes of lemon peel, stone fruit and almond, with a long, complex, mineral finish.

RED:

1 x Aori, Kotsifali, 2022 A rare Cretean red grape variety. Elegant, with red cherry and a stony minerality, wild strawberry and white pepper. Fine well-structured tannins and a silky texture.
