In what can only be described as a truly mouth-watering Californian double bill, we are thrilled to announce that Gina Hildebrand (Lady of the Sunshine) and Mikey Giugni (Scar of the Sea) will be joining us for dinner at the iconic Drapers Arms in Islington.
Mikey and Gina are producing wines that are at the cutting edge of Modern Californian winemaking, focusing on meticulous and sustainable viticulture, picking based on acidity, and avoiding overripeness.
Two high-energy winemakers, six high-energy wines, and 1 delicious feast.
