Made from established vines and hand-picked, the grapes for this were traditionally crushed by foot, resulting in a pure, vibrant expression of Cabernet Franc. Expect bright red fruit, a subtle hint of green pepper in the background, and soft, ripe tannins tying it all together. Just 400 bottles were produced, with no fining or filtration used.
