This wine has layers of flavours. Red cherry and raspberry fruit alongside floral notes of violet and fresh green herbs. Black pepper spice and leather compliment flinty gravel. This is a full-bodied wine, balanced with rich acidity and fine tannins. Concentrated and slick.

Burgundy-native Maxime headed to the Corbieres for it's gorgeous old vineyards and comparatively good value land prices! He nurtures old neglected vineyards back to life, rocky soils and small yields having resulting in their being deserted. The vineyards are coplanted with varieties, but mostly Carignan.
