This is a fun collaboration between The Sourcing Table's own Ben Henshaw and the talented Leo Erazo of Chile's innovative winery Rogue Vine. A blend of the ultimate light red varieties - Pais and Cinsault - this fun pink fizz that tastes like rhubarb and custard in a glass! Alongside some delicious notes of wild strawberry and cherry with a creamy mouth feel, this is the first fizz we reach for as soon as the sun comes out. Yum!
