'La Bonnode' is an east-facing parcel in Saint-Veran, set at the foot of the Roche de Vergisson (an imposing rocky, limestone peak overlooking Pouilly Fuisse). Cuvée Ovoïde is, as the name suggests, a bottling fermented in concrete 'Ovoïde' egg. A delightfully fleshy white with a very generous palate of apple, pear drops, citrus, and fresh fennel.
