Arguably the estate's flagship wine, Bloom's Field is highly regarded for its floral driven elegance, whilst still retaining impressive but bright fruit density. This exudes orange peel, redcurrant, raspberry and pomegranate. The wine unfurls over the hours once opened, but will certainly improve with time and patience.

Domaine de la Côte is a young project, founded in 2013, that has been catapulted to cult status in just 10 years. Rajat Parr and Sashi Moorman are two names synonymous with new-wave Californian winemaking. Their intense, quality-focused approach to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay has these wines hailed as California's definitive alternative to Burgundy.
