A plush, bold red from one of the great producers of Southern France. The vines from which it hails, are the highest in the entire Bandol region, and this combination of warm Provence sunshine, and cooling altitude, lends itself perfectly to a wine marked with silky tannins, yet lots of structure. A wine to drink over the course of an evening, preferably decanted, to allow its layers of dark fruit, crushed flowers and spice to unfold.
