Roussanne grown on, you guessed it, schist soil. Vibrant gold in the glass, with spring blossom on the nose and palate and a light savoury texture. The fruit is grown in the foothills of the Montagne Noir with a big shift in temperature day to night- this protects the acidity in the grapes translating into fresh acidity and a long finish in the wine.
