Crisp with concentrated fruit, this lively blend of Mauzac and Sauvignon Blanc is a zesty, refreshing and deliciously easy to drink. Juicy flavours of lemon, ripe apples and a touch of warmer tropical fruits are set of by zinging acidity and a lightness in the mouth. Fantastic as an aperitif or paired with grilled vegetables and shellfish.
Chateau Clement Termes was founded in 1868 in the historic town of Montaigut. The Chateau remains within the David family to this day, now run by 7th generation Olivier and Caroline, who maintain a respect for tradition and local grape varieties such as Mauzac, Loin de L'Oeil and Duras. Their vines grow on the left side of the Tarn River, on alluvial terraces called boulbenes. It's the perfect microclimate for viticulture with reliable summer sunshine and the dry Autan winds keeping the grapes healthy.
