A vibrant Tuscan Vermentino that captures the freshness of its coastal terroir; the fruit comes from a dry, breezy vineyards with strong influence from the Mediterranean Sea. The flavour profile is light and refreshing, with notes of lime, green apple, and hints of dried herbs and sea spray lingering on the finish. Best enjoyed well-chilled, this wine is naturally suited to seafood dishes.

About Antonio Camillo

Antonio has taken care of vineyards in major wineries around Maremma, contributing to the production of wines for the region for 25 years. In 2006 he has embarked on his own project, dedicating his time exclusively to indigenous, and often underrated, grapes such as Procanico and Ciliegiolo.

He works almost exclusively with old vines, aged between 40 and 50 years, cultivated according to traditional methods. He ferments with indigenous yeasts and eschews chemical intervention, practising organic viticulture. These are unmistakably Tuscan wines.
