Adega do Vimbio is essentially de-classified Rías Baixas Albarino. They left the DO in 2020 due to its restrictive appellation laws, and have been thriving on low intervention practices, and low yields ever since. Vimbio is a traditional Albariño-dominant blend, packed with pure, zesty citrus, balanced by some savoury notes of bitter almond skin and white balsamic.
