The pure Cinsault 2020 Tinto del Itata, produced with grapes from La Leonera in Guarilihue, fermented with 50% full clusters, foot trodden in open bins with indigenous yeasts and matured in neutral French oak barrels for seven months. It has elegant varietal aromas, floral and perfumed, with a light to medium-bodied palate, moderate alcohol (12.9%) and pristine and vibrant flavors. Really impressive.
