Sciacchetra is a style made by drying white grapes to concentrate their sugars, then pressing them to make a naturally sweet and delicious wine. It's also a wine style at the core of the Cinque Terre region's identity, where Possa is based.

This particular example is incredibly special, made from vines grown on the edge of the deep blue water of the Mediterranean, and from varieties that only exist in this forgotten corner of the viticultural world: Bosco and Rossese Bianco. This is also aged in small clay amphorae for 18 months before bottling. A truly one of a kind wine, from one of Italy's most unique wine growing regions.
