A delicious blend of both Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris from Domaine Mann's biodynamic vineyards. Time is key here, with the almost 5 years of bottle age helping the wine develop delicious baked apple and stunning honied notes.

This is a round and generous wine with a lifting freshness that perfectly complements its plush fruit. A shining example of how serious Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc can be from Alsace, especially when aged.

This is broad and textural with pear and baked apple, as well as some table grape and spice. There’s just a touch of sweetness and the reasonably high alcohol works with this to add a soft, smooth mouthfeel. Lovely freshness and complexity here, with a nice baked apple finish.

About Domaine MANN

Jean-Louis, Fabienne and Sébastien are a family of winemakers dedicated to producing exceptional, terroir-driven wines from the picturesque commune of Eguisheim in Alsace.

Focus is given to individual parcels within their 13 hectares of biodynamically farmed vineyards; each wine is crafted in such a way that every plot's individual terroir shines through, with some only producing 150 bottles a vintage. Their vintage Crémant is a must-try; it is wonderfully elegant, rich, and complex with Sebastien's experience working at renowned Grower Champagne producer Vouette et Sorbée clearly evident.

These wines are elegant and alive, displaying thrilling minerality and are truly delicious. If you have previously shied away from Alsace before, these are the perfect way to reacquaint yourself with this diverse region
