The family's commitment to organic and Biodynamic viticulture is obvious, there is so much energy and life in this wine. This is deserving of its Grand Cru title and offers up more than its price suggests.
Marl and limestone. Deep coloured, this is concentrated and intense, but also has a roundness and elegance. There’s some melony richness and a touch of sweetness as well as finely wrought citrus fruit, with a touch of apricot, too. Broad and expansive with lovely fruit, and a real sense of refinement. Such lovely texture.

Focus is given to individual parcels within their 13 hectares of biodynamically farmed vineyards; each wine is crafted in such a way that every plot's individual terroir shines through, with some only producing 150 bottles a vintage.
