This is Pinot Gris at its absolute best. Made with a touch of skin contact, this actually looks more like a rosé in colour thanks to Pinot Gris' beautiful pink skin. An incredibly more-ish and expressive palate, bursting with notes of raspberry, bergamot and orange peel with a zing of kaffir lime on the finish. Though bursting with fruit, it's also incredibly serious with excellent complexity, weight and texture on the palate. A particularly good wine to enjoy with Thai food or aromatically spiced dishes, though sipped chilled in the sunshine works well too.
