Fletcher favours older 300-litre barrels rather than large new-oak influence, preserving freshness and site character; the wines are bottled without fining or filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere’s plenty of fruit through the middle, but the defining feature is the energy: bright acidity, fine tannin and a long, savoury finish.
