'Tres Feixes' is a single vineyard of nearly 100-year-old white Garnacha, which sits 550m above sea level in the Penedès mountains. This is a really unique site that L'Enclos de Peralba are keen to express honestly in the final wine. As a result, they use very little new oak; just enough to add layers of complexity and weight to the final wine.
This is the perfect option for anyone who enjoys white Burgundy. The tickle of oak is perfectly integrated and balanced with notes of apple, pear and a stony minerality. Proof that Penedès is capable of creating age-worthy wines outside of Cava.
12% alcohol. Complex spicy citrus nose with some subtle honey and nut characters. The palate is bright and focused with a lovely texture to the mineral-strewn citrus fruit, showing hints of richness against a backdrop of bright fruit.
