The Carillon family are icons of Puligny Montrachet, where they have been making wine since the 16th Century. Current generation Jacques took the reigns in the 1980s and has continued his family legacy to great acclaim. This has included his own eponymous Domaine which he runs with his equally talented wife Sylvia.
