In the Case:

  • Hure Freres, Invitation Brut, Champagne NV

The 'Invitation' Brut NV delivers the incredible nuance and complexity that you'd more often associate with Champagne twice its price. Rich and decadent with moreish notes of toasted hazelnuts, patisserie, vibrant lemony acidity and crunchy pear.

  • Luke Lambert, Chardonnay, Yarra Valley, Australia 2020

'Damn, this is an interesting wine; I'd love to see it mixed into a blind Corton-Charlemagne tasting.' - Josh Raynolds, A fantastic minimalistic expression of Yarra Valley Chardonnay, Luke Lambert delivers once again. Smooth and full in the mouth, its richness is balanced by zesty acidity and a lingering fruit-driven finish.

  • Domaine MANN, 'Chemin de Pierre' Riesling, Alsace 2017

A stunning, zesty Riesling grown on instantly mineral granitic soils. The bottle age has softened its racy acidity, offering a slightly off-dry expression with notes of candied lemon, orange peel, fragrant white flowers, green apple and a honied finish. A wine which showcases the oily, rich decadence that aged Alsace Riesling is prized for.

  • José Luis Ripa, Ripa Rosado, Rioja 2018

This is definitely not your average rosé. Rich and gastronomic, the bottle is bursting with notes of red berries, apricot and peach, layered with Mediterranean herbs and spice. The time in the bottle and oak ageing, brings so much power to this amazing wine.

  • 4 Kilos, '4 Kilos' Callet, Mallorca 2019

The eponymous wine of Mallorca's '4 Kilos' winery puts the spotlight firmly on a local, lesser-known variety called Callet. It is fresh, focused and serious, with ethereal notes of red berry fruit, Mediterranean herbs, clove and a touch of perfumed violet. A beautifully balanced and pleasurable wine.

  • Scar of the Sea, 'SLO Coast' Pinot Noir, California 2020

A beautiful example of Pinot Noir, from the newest certified Californian AVA: San Luis Obispo Coast. This wine is bright and vivid, with gorgeous notes of raspberry, blood orange and pomegranate, plus a touch of tannic grip to finish. In a nutshell: Elegant and age-worthy.
