It is made from fruit grown on old, low-yielding bush vines, ensuring a level of quality and concentration required for ageing. Released seven years after harvest, time in bottle gives depth and complexity, with layers of dark berry fruit, dried figs, and earthy characters. The palate is remarkably fresh, with bright acidity, fine, dusty tannins, and a long fruit-focused finish.
