Celler El Masroig was founded in 1917 is considered one of Spain's top co-operatives. Consisting of around 300 grape and olive oil growers, who own around 500 hectares of vineyards. The focus is on quality, young winemaker Carles Escolar strongly believes in the potential of the Montsant appellation and at Masoig is making some of the most respected Montsant wines at all price levels.
