Jerez is so much more than Sherry, and producers like Bodegas Barbadillo are proving that time and time again with their impressive Palomino's. This unfortified Palomino Fino comes from two organically certified vineyards close to Sanlúcar. Ripe, crunchy green apples meet super saline minerality that reminds us of fresh sea spray.  This is a wine that has a love affair with seafood and is particularly good with freshly shucked oysters.
